Over 2000 years ago autism was healed. Jesus Christ took it upon Himself, as He hung on the cross at Calvary. By His stripes (wounds) autism was healed. [1 Peter 2:24] Unfortunately, far too few churches ever address this subject, or many others that are related to mental health issues.
Isaiah 53:3-5 [CEB]
3 He was despised and avoided by others;
a man who suffered, who knew sickness well.
Like someone from whom people hid their faces,
he was despised, and we didn’t think about him.
4 It was certainly our sickness that he carried,
and our sufferings that he bore,
but we thought him afflicted,
struck down by God and tormented.
5 He was pierced because of our rebellions
and crushed because of our crimes.
He bore the punishment that made us whole;
by his wounds we are healed.
Matthew 8:17 [Amplified Bible]
17 so that He fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “He Himself took our infirmities [upon Himself] and carried away our diseases.”
During His earthly ministry Jesus healed all (every) manner of sickness and disease.
Matthew 4:23-25 [NLT]
And he healed every kind of disease and illness. News about him spread as far as Syria, and people soon began bringing to him all who were sick. And whatever their sickness or disease, or if they were demon possessed or epileptic or paralyzed—he healed them all.
Jesus Christ Has not changed, for He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Hebrews 13:8
Any diagnosis or prognosis, that is contrary to the Word and will of God is UNACCEPTABLE!
Jesus wants all children and adults, that have been diagnosed with ASD (and any other disorder) to walk in the fullness of health that He has already paid for in full.
Autism Spectrum Disorder [ASD] was first officially diagnosed in 1943, in an American-born patient. Today, ASD “diagnosis” has become widespread worldwide, with an estimated 75 million people being affected.
Jesus Christ desires for these people, and their also affected family members, to be set free. Jesus restores souls (mind, will, emotions), Psalm 23:3. He heals the brokenhearted [the shattered, fragmented souls] Psalm 147:3.
ASD should never be accepted as being an incurable condition. We must remember; Jesus healed, and still heals, ALL (without exception) manner of sickness and disease.
God is not the author (originator) of confusion [disorder], but of peace… 1 Corinthians 14:33
